Vine Student Living is the dedicated student accommodation management arm of Vine Property Management LLP.

Vine is a specialist managment company providing property management services to property owners. The team manage a UK wide portfolio of properties covering all market sectors with a capital value in excess of £2bn.

Vine delivers high quality bespoke property management services through it's network of nine local property management offices, run by senior and experienced property managers. The management offices are complimented by building and accommodation managers specific to individual properties and sectors.

Finance functions are based centrally in Birmingham, enabling the local teams to concentrate on the day to day, hands on, management of the individual properties delivering services to tenants and clients.
